inBalance Pilates provides a variety of Pilates and fitness services. Each of our programs has been refined over the course of 16 years and through working with thousands of clients. Our approach always has been to focus on the needs of the client first and to make sure that they are getting the most out of the time that they spend at inBalance. Similarly the integrity of Pilates is at the heart of how we teach.

Private Sessions One on One Instruction

Each session is one on one with an instructor over the course of an hour. It is tailored towards your personal growth. Private Sessions are the best way to move your individual practice forward.<br><br>The major benefit of private sessions is that you are able to fully explore your individual capabilities and curiosities. Your weaknesses, your strengths, your Speed, whatever you want to get out of a session.

Semi Private Sessions

2-3 people

a Semi Private session is designed for couples or fitness partners that want to use each other to build their own practice up. Nothing can be as motivating or as enjoyable as bringing a friend along.

Group Sessions

Multiple People

Group settings can be fabulous for numerous people that want to learn together or are at a similar learning level. The added support of seeing others perform the same exercises can be very useful in growing your own practice and to be able to help others grow as well. Plus they are fun!

Thai Massage

In Traditional Thai massage the recipient of the massage wears loose clothing and lies on a soft mat on the floor. The receiver will be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, that are also combined with deep static and rhythmic pressures. The body is pulled, compressed, stretched and rocked.

Over time our joints compress, creating aches and pains, our fascia/connective tissue can become tight and dehydrated causing stiff soar muscles. This can/will cause our pelvis to fall out of alignment resulting in low back pain, hip discomfort, knee issues and a myriad of other ailments. Thai yoga massage will create joint space, loosen the connective tissue, relieving the aches, pains and discomforts.
